Tip of the Week!

I love my running journal for lots of reasons, one of them is for the tips that are along the sides of the pages. I learn something new and love to be inspired by them as well.  Above this picture it says:
"Whether running on flat terrain or up hills, keep your eyes directly ahead of you, not down at your feet.  You're less likely to slouch and tip and you'll move up the hill more easily"
So next time I am running up the dips, or Cedar Heights, or any of the dang hills in Kanab I am going to say I got my speedwork in!

  1. that is funny because when i am running up the ranchos or any hill for that matter i think i run faster if i put my head down and just gut it out! I hate to look ahead because i realize just how long I have to go hahahaha!
