Eating and running have so much to do with each other. It's so hard to have a good run when you haven't been fueling your body with good food. I have to remind myself of this like every day that I run and wish that I would have eaten better the day before! So here I am committing myself to a better diet yet again! Maybe if I post my commitment on here I will hold myself to it more! Healthy eating = Awesome running!
