Just keep running ........
I have not been a very consistent runner the last 2 years, therefor it hasn't been very enjoyable, but knowing I am going to be running 26.2 that's has to change. I have actually ran at least 3 times a week the last 3 weeks, and last week I did 4x and am on track to go 4x again this week. I just can't quit I have to keep running. I do have to say that I am already feeling a lot better about running than just a few weeks ago, and every now and then there's brief moments were running actually feels good ...... I just have to keep it up keep running and running and running !!!!
