My Long Run (or lovers run, like y'all keep calling it)

This morning Bryant and I set out to get our run done, but had to deliver some beehives in the same canyon we were going to run.  Needless to say we started a little later then I would have liked to, but I survived didn't even have too bad of a time even with the heat.

(about a mile down the road from this point, was when I hit my What in the H am I doing. It was getting hot and there wasn't any pretty flowers to look at and there sure as heck wasn't any shade.  Mile 11-15 was a little rough on me today.)

(Just 22 miles this week... kind of slacked)
